Identifying your skills is hard.  For instance thers may think I know a lot about websites but I know I don't - compared to others.  Hell, I don't even know html.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I would like to freelance and set up an online business but what skills do I really have?  I think I am stuck in the old school world where paper qualifications are a necessity.
